Several sheets of the sheathing had to be replaced and most of the fascia board had rotted and needed replaced.John did all this plus added new rain gutters. The job was just beautiful and neat as a pin. Never found one scrap of material or not even one roofing nail after he finished. It was done very professionally and at a reasonable price.I would highly recommend Master Plan Builders to anybody.
